PROVISIONAL

Studio Comms registers its DMCA agent with the U.S. Copyright Office. This registration is being finalized; the directory listing will be reflected here verbatim once complete.

3. DMCA Notice Requirements.

A copyright notice should include: physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the material claimed to be infringing; enough information to locate the material; contact information; a good-faith belief statement; an accuracy statement; and a statement under penalty of perjury that the complaining party is the copyright owner or authorized to act for the owner.

4. Action After Notice.

After receiving a valid complaint, Studio Comms may remove or disable access to the material, notify the user, restrict the Venture, suspend the account, or take other appropriate action.

5. Counter-Notice.

If content was removed because of a copyright complaint and the user believes removal was mistaken, the user may submit a counter-notice containing physical or electronic signature, identification of removed material, location where material appeared, statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith mistake or misidentification, name/address/phone/email, consent to appropriate court jurisdiction, and acceptance of service of process from the complaining party.

6. Repeat Infringers.

Studio Comms may terminate users or Ventures that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights.

7. Trademark and Other IP Complaints.

For trademark, publicity rights, counterfeit, or other IP complaints, contact ip@studiocomms.live and include contact information, rights claimed, registration numbers if available, disputed links/screenshots, explanation, and a statement that the complaint is accurate and authorized.

8. Misuse of Complaints.

Submitting false or abusive intellectual property complaints may result in account restriction, legal responsibility, or other action.

9. No Legal Advice.

Studio Comms does not decide complex ownership disputes. If there is a dispute about ownership, licensing, fair use, contract rights, founder rights, or business rights, the parties must resolve it directly or through legal process.
